UAE Expands Visa-on-Arrival Access for Indian Passport Holders: New Countries Added

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has introduced a major update to its UAE visa on arrival for Indians, offering greater travel flexibility for Indian nationals. Starting February 2025, Indian passport holders with valid visas or residence permits from six additional countries—Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, and South Korea—can now avail a visa upon arrival in the UAE. Travelers can choose from two visa types at UAE entry points like Dubai International Airport:

  1. 14-Day Visa: AED 100 (approx. ₹2,400), extendable for another 14 days at AED 250 (₹5,900).

  2. 60-Day Visa: AED 250 (₹5,900) for extended stays.
